Hi! My name is Olivia Harvey, the girl behind She's The Game. I'm so excited that you're here. She's The Game is all about sharing a love for sports, creating memories, fostering connections, and shining light on athletes' stories. Whether you're vastly interested in learning every player's name on a hockey game, or you're just chilling at home watching your favorite team while scrolling through your phone, I'm here for you. 

I've grown up my entire life rooting for the same teams and waking up every Saturday morning tuning in to College GameDay on ESPN, and I've officially decided to start my own page dedicated to writing my own opinions on the games I see, writing recaps on games you might've missed, providing insights, and spotlighting those who deserve it most. 

A little about me: I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and am a recent graduate from The University of Alabama. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in News Media with a minor in Communication Studies and a concentration in Sports Media in May 2025. 

 

I have a passion for telling a story, whether that's breaking news or sharing my love for sports. I love being able to connect with a wide range of people from all parts of the nation as well as the world, and I hope one day I can impact at least one person through my career.

I have experience working in social media, creating blog posts, and writing for a newspaper that is published digitally and has a four-day-a-week print schedule. I also have newsroom experience, where I have learned how to edit stories for a newscast and performance details.
